Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

If your order contains pre-order or early access items, the entire order will ship once all items are ready. Estimated shipping timelines for pre-orders are clearly shown at checkout or on the product page.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship worldwide, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Shipping costs and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Estimated Delivery Times

 

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to location, customs, carrier delays, or external factors outside our control.

Typical delivery estimates:

 

  • Europe: 5–10 business days

  • UK: 3–7 business days

  • USA & Canada: 7–14 business days

  • Rest of World: 7–21 business days

These are not guaranteed delivery times.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your local authorities.

These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or incorrect address details provided at checkout.

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local carrier first.

If a package is confirmed lost in transit, contact us at [your support email] and we’ll review the case.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require an additional shipping fee to be resent.

Split Shipments

In some cases, items from the same order may ship separately. If this happens, you’ll receive separate tracking details.
